As a Team Manager at Panera, you will help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards our guests expect.

• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to loyal guests.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure maintenance.
• Help build culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Serv Safe certification or ability to achieve certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; ability to work in fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours.
• Clear communication and ability to understand guests and associates in loud environment.
