Shooter's Billiards and Sports Bar in Cedar Park, TX is looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender/Shift Lead to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartender who's ready to step up, take charge, and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. • Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Lead and supervise floor and bar staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations
• Open and/or close the bar, including cash handling, drawer reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting
• Monitor guest experience and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with TABC regulations
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock inventory, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked throughout the shift
• Support a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere across the billiards and sports bar floor

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume bar or sports bar setting
• Prior shift lead, key holder, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• TABC certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, draft beer systems, and POS systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-first attitude
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
