Hourly Wage

$16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be awarded. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if all criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom, lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. The role may also require operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts.
