Hallmark Field Merchandiser; part-time Cedar Park, TX

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, and establish retailer relationships while representing Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may support other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Hourly pay: $13.50 - $15.50, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 8–10.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.
• Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

The position consists of three major components:

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in various retail formats using a provided mobile device. Use technology for reporting, feedback, and surveys. Professional interaction with store staff and customers is vital.
• Holiday support: provide additional days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On certain holidays you may be required to work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets: assist with installations and tasks like building fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.

This is a physically demanding job requiring consistent energy and urgency. You must push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 lbs during the workday and up to 50 lbs occasionally. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Can lift and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operates a digital hand‑held device for documents.
• Has Wi‑Fi access and Internet connectivity.
• Has reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
