Coaching:
Work alongside the Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top‑notch customer service. - Trend-Driven Brand Representation:

Experience:
At least one year of retail management experience preferred and ability to drive sales and support team success. - Confidence in Piercing Services:
Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. - Strong Communication & Selling
Skills:
Skilled at engaging customers, building relationships, and closing the sale. - Ability to Work Independently:
Self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.
- Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of retail management experience, plus at least one year of overall retail experience.
- Physical stamina to stand during scheduled shifts and lift/transfer items weighing 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs). Ability to bend, stoop, extend reach, and climb ladders or step stools while handling merchandise.
- Passion for empowering customers to express themselves freely every day.
- Energy for interacting with customers and a desire to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Alignment with values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong mathematics skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and organized to work alone when required.
- Fashion knowledge and trend awareness to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Ability to curate a fashion look with product during your shift.
