The Assistant Team Leader helps maintain a clean, well-organized store and supports the Store Team Leader in creating a customer-first culture. Key duties include supervising staff, managing merchandise presentation, completing paperwork, and assisting with stocking and cashiering to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, operate cash register.
• Support a customer-first store culture and model product knowledge.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
• Help ensure store security, handle cash, and assist in store management during the Store Leader’s absence.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to various conditions including weather and cleaning products.
