Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, energize the team, and model best service behaviors. You will lead shifts, communicate clearly, and keep the team focused with urgency to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, are 18+, and can work 10–20 hours weekly including weekends and local events. This is a part-time role on the sales floor, at Rally House locations in Texas.
