We’relooking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is focused on scheduling a free demonstration of our product through high-volume outboundcoldcalling to companies that have already shown interest in our inventory & asset management software.

Your main responsibility is tocall through provided lead lists,identifythecorrect decision-maker, qualify interest, and schedule product demosfor our Sales Engineers. If you enjoy speaking with people, working toward goals, and winning through persistence and communication — this role is for you.

This is a fast-paced, performance-based role where success is measured bydemo appointments booked , consistency, and follow-through.

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day using provided call lists
• Call companies that have shown interest and navigate to the right contact
• Qualify prospects by asking structured questions and confirming fit
• Schedule demos directly on Sales Engineers’ calendars
• Track all outreach activity in the CRM (calls, notes, outcomes, follow-ups)
• Follow up consistently viaphone + emailto maximize demo bookings
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach

• 2–3 years of cold calling / outbound SDR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow-up habits
• General understanding ofSaaS / B2B sales

• Familiarity with Apollo.io for contact research, list building, and prospecting is a plus
• 1–2 years of experience usinga CRM(MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)

• $20/hour base pay

This is an onsite position in Cedar Park, Texas . Candidateslocatedwithin a 10–15 mile radius of our Texas officeisstrongly preferred.
