Popstroke Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing inbound leads, prospecting, and selling the venue accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, ensuring client satisfaction, uncovering new accounts, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization.

Reports to: General Manager (and Director of Sales)

Position Status: Exempt

Compensation: Salary + Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales Management:
    Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to potential clients.
  • Lead Conversion:
    Convert inbound leads into confirmed sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation:
    Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as industry databases, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals. Develop a pipeline of leads that align with our company's target market and sales objectives.
  • Initial Contact and Engagement:
    Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Your approach should be tailored to engage each prospect, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and creating excitement around the brand.
  • Qualifying Prospecting Leads:
    Evaluate the potential of leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision‑making process, and timeline. Prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert into sales and align with our strategic goals.
  • Sales Presentations and Pitches:
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our entertainment concept. Adapt your sales approach to suit the specific context and audience.
  • Follow‑Up and Relationship Building:
    Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects to nurture the relationship, address any concerns, and advance the sales process. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and progress with each lead.
  • Market Research and Insights:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Collaboration with All Venue Associates:
    Work closely with the venue associates to align efforts, share insights, and refine strategies on the overall sales plan for Orlando. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales tactics that support outbound efforts.
  • Sales Targets:
    Contribute to meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into sales.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
