Job Responsibilities
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
- Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and product features.
- Present coverage and plan advantages to customers.
- Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems.
- Maximize time on shift by learning new innovations in wireless and technology.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and create seamless experience.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- At least 6 months of customer‑service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Required).
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate with genuine enthusiasm.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- Minimum age 18 years old.

Hourly base pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay and are eligible for promotion to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year.
