- Role:
Sales & Operations Coordinator - Pay Rate: $55,000 - $75,000 / Year (based on education and qualification) + Annual Performance Bonus (up to $6,000)
- Location:

- Logistics & Trade Documentation:
Solid understanding of international shipping operations, Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance workflows. - Professional Business Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage vendor/customer emails, issue quotations, and draft operational reports in MS Office. - Analytical Problem-Solving & Self-Drive:
Ability to analyze root causes of operational issues, prioritize multi-tasking workflows, and proactively learn semiconductor equipment/parts specifications.
Entry Level (Logistics & Operations Focus)
- Logistics & Trade Operations:
Prepare domestic and international shipping documents (packing lists, commercial invoices), navigate Incoterms, select optimal shipping methods, and track TAT (turnaround time). - Parts Sales & Administrative Support:
Learn part numbers/specifications, verify Purchase Orders (POs), manage incoming/outgoing shipment tracking, and maintain accurate inventory logs. - Supply Chain Fundamentals:
Acquire basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment/parts through self-driven study and OJT; manage RFQ/quotation workflows with vendors and tier-1 chip maker clients (e.g., TI, NXP). - Transaction Execution:
Independently handle RFQs, official quotations, PO issuance, invoicing, and Quick Books system workflows following initial training. - Lead Time & Margin Control:
Cross-reference compatible/alternative part numbers, manage sales pricing and margins, and oversee lead times and backorders. - Vendor & Client Services:
Manage vendor relationships, process routine claims and RMA (warranty/returns), and support basic technical sales activities.
