Job Description:

• Must have advanced level of understanding of architectural plans and plumbing codes
• Must have basic management skills in team leading
• Advanced purchasing responsibility
• Mid-level/advanced ability to do material take-off list
• Have complete set of hand and battery powered tools to independently perform job site tasks
• Must complete required coursework for Journeyman License
• Potential responsibility for driving company vehicle
• Walk job site and ensure materials are stored properly and job site is cleaned
• Consult with construction manager on all planning and scheduling
• Need diploma or GED
• Be able to perform strenuous tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting objects over 75 pounds, climbing ladders and digging
• Fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident alien (i.e. possession of a “green card”, a citizen of American Samoa or any other territory owing permanent allegiance to the U.S.)
• Applicant must provide the names of their current employer and all previous employers within a 4-6 year period
• Applicant must pass a drug screening and background check
