Benjamin Franklin “The Punctual Plumber” was founded over 20 years ago on the principle of punctuality. If you are a licensed plumber with at least 5 years’ experience and possess strong punctuality and attention to detail, you may be the “Plumber Extraordinaire” we are looking for.

We’re looking for residential repair plumbers with at least a Texas Tradesman Plumbing License and 5 years’ experience.

• Hourly pay with overtime for anything over 40 hours.
• Hourly pay provides stable income and avoids high‑pressure sales tactics.
• Spiffs for addon sales and monthly profit sharing up to 6% of gross sales based on individual performance; average annual wages exceed $100k.
• Hours are 7:30 am to end of last call Monday through Friday with every fifth week/weekend on call and every fifth Saturday as backup plumber.
• On‑call starts Friday and runs until following Thursday at midnight; after fulfilling on‑call, receive Friday off pay.
• Up to 4 weeks PTO per year.
• Major medical, dental and vision insurance.

• Plumbers living within a reasonable distance may take company trucks home and drive toll roads when appropriate.

• Good driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Texas Tradesman’s or Journeyman’s plumbing license.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
• Wear floor savers in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly, reducing unnecessary callbacks.
• Explain each service performed to the client and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain a safety‑conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
• Always maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles.
