Position: Driver/Mover/Packer -- CASH TIPS (North Austin)

We are currently hiring Drivers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven organization.

About the Role Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites

Complete pre- and post-trip inspections

Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews

Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods

Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs)
Deliver exceptional customer service on every jobPay & Benefits:

Drivers Starting at $18+/hr (based on experience)
Training pay: $17/hr (first 2–60 days)
Additional Compensation:

Tips – Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips Profit-Sharing Bonus – Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment
401(k) – Company match up to 3%
Driver Requirements:21 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

No CDL required

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Weekday and weekend shifts

Flexible scheduling options

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
