Senior Accountant
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships
- Lead and mentor junior staff
- Provide insights and recommendations to support client financial performance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting or related experience
- Experience with financial statement preparation and review
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Accounting CS, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
