Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for an opportunity with a household name in the Cedar Rapids area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on accounting environment and can manage both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes using Quick Books.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage Accounts Receivable functions, including:
+ Daily cash postings and deposits
+ Cash applications
+ Customer invoice creation
+ Support Accounts Payable processes, including:
+ Processing and coding vendor invoices
+ Maintaining accurate vendor records
+ Assisting with weekly check runs
+ Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
+ Maintain accurate financial records within Quick Books
+ Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and support the accounting team as needed
