What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome
• Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist with filing, light administrative tasks, and general office support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
