Overview
We are seekingan Administrative Assistant to support our Lifeline Program.
This role facilitates communication between Lifeline clients and their caregivers, case managers, community members, and Lifeline Installers. This role also maintains Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) equipment, assists with billing tasks, coordinates schedules, and updates client files.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and healthcare teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuringaccuratetracking and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, conferences, and events.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure equipment is functional,coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, patients, and visitors; elevate complex issues when needed.
- Arrange travel, including transportation andaccommodations.
- Support department budget and expense tracking andmaintainefficient office procedures.
- Maintain patient, staff, and departmental records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle confidential information and prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with medical billing and insurance documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Support departmental projects through planning, coordination, and deadline tracking.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Preferred:
Associate’s degree in abusiness ofmedical-related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, business, or medical-related field
