Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) is seeking a LIHEAP Seasonal Administrative Assistant in the Cedar Rapids area. This seasonal role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, starting October 1, 2026 and ending April 1, 2027, with an August 30, 2026 Final date to receive applications.
The position involves assisting clients with heat and electric assistance, answering phone lines for housing stabilization, making appointments, intake, and processing Energy Assistance applications.
