What You'll Do

+ Research and identify records using established tracking systems

+ Retrieve and process documents to fulfill customer and business requests

+ Maintain records in accordance with retention and compliance guidelines

+ Prioritize multiple requests while meeting service-level expectations

+ Ensure accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

+ Follow established procedures and workflows

+ Partner with internal teams to support day-to-day operations

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

+ Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

+ Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

+ Previous administrative, office, records, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus but not required
