Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Oil & Lube Technician, Express Technician, Automotive Technician, or Mechanic preferred
  • Strong understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
What You’ll Do
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance repairs
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
  • Replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other maintenance-related components
  • Identify and communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and management
  • Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and productivity
