Automotive Oil & Lube Technician / Mechanic to join our growing service team. As part of the McGrath Family of Dealerships, we've built our reputation as Eastern Iowa's trusted name in automotive sales and service by investing in our people and promoting from within.

Requirements- Previous experience as an Oil & Lube Technician, Express Technician, Automotive Technician, or Mechanic preferred
- Strong understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance repairs
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
- Replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other maintenance-related components
- Identify and communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and management
- Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and productivity
