Position Summary: McGrath Chevyland is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering the high-quality service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics and identify necessary repairs.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and customers.
• Order and install the correct parts required for each repair.
• Complete all repairs efficiently and to manufacturer specifications.
• Follow dealership and OEM guidelines for safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician/mechanic experience required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
