Job Overview

Great America Financial Services is a leading equipment financing company. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be a strategic partner to our sales team, ensuring seamless financing programs and driving value at every step.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate support that meets quality metrics.
  • Shepherd transactions through each stage of the sales process—from credit decisions to agreement creation and data gathering.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth transactions and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on leasing process and execute tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and consult on services that benefit the customer.
  • Partner with sales teams to propose strategic recommendations and support customer programs throughout the lifecycle.
  • Serve as a technical expert in rate calculations and system processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for customers.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer relationship or financial services experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
