Great America Financial Services is a leading equipment financing company. We are looking to add a key member to our Product Management Team.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will manage the end‑to‑end product life cycle of a single product or feature set, collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams to execute the product strategy roadmap and act as the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define product outcomes and OKRs, break down work into actionable steps, and implement a Now, Next, Later framework for a rolling 12‑month roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features, record them in Jira, and justify work through ROI discussions.
  • Product Discovery & Customer Insights – Identify and interpret customer requests, conduct customer interviews, and advocate for customer needs.
  • Design & Prototyping – Create screen prototypes/wireframes, gather feedback, and refine designs to optimize performance.
  • Agile Delivery & Backlog Management – Lead backlog planning, grooming, release planning, and participate in sprint ceremonies using tools such as AHA, Product Board, or Jira.
  • Qualifications
    • Education:

      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
    • Experience:

      4+ years as a product manager/owner, preferably in financial services or banking.
    • Experience with Agile and/or SAFe in a product owner role.
    • Track record of creative problem‑solving and succeeding in cross‑functional, virtual environments.
    Skills and Abilities
    • Strong customer centricity and ability to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
    • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and translate needs into product outcomes.
    • Deep dive and lead complex product discovery, requirements gathering, and design sessions.
    • Plan and sequence work to capture dependencies and synchronize resources for business results.
    • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
    • Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
