Contingent Worker Proofing Team Lead What You Will Do

• Conduct daily operational standups to ensure teams meet SLA/business needs.
• Provide operational guidance on risk and SLA breaches.
• Act as first level escalation for proofing concerns/process issues.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational guidance, adhering to standard work.
• Assign new cases to proofing specialists using Service Now.
• Monitor case queues for timely resolution.
• Manage Service Now escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Train and support new hires onboarding into the Contingent Worker proofing organization.
• Ensure process documentation and standard work stay up to date.
• Lead process improvement using RTX CORE principles, methodologies and tools.

• University degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting process requirements to create and maintain standard work flows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
• Experience in HR or Global Trade Compliance support role.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic emphasizing accuracy and diligence.
• Working knowledge of HCM (Workday) and Case Management Systems (Service Now).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Hybrid role located in Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT. Ratio of onsite/off‑site determined in partnership with your leader.

Competitive salary range: $57,200 – $108,800 USD (US‑based role).
