Panels and Keyboards Commodity Manager; Hybrid

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Panels & Keyboard commodity and its supply base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (contracts, procurement, quality, value stream, etc.) to execute supply chain strategies.
• Own and manage relationships with multiple strategic suppliers.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, competitiveness, capability, and reliability (TCO).
• Negotiate and execute long-term agreements aligned with commodity strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Lead the sourcing process from RFQ through contract signature.
• Operate with limited oversight and drive decisions independently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously using strong project management skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with leaders at all levels.
• Lead change management or work‑transfer initiatives to achieve cost savings or improved supplier alignment.
• Analyze data to inform strategy development, negotiation positions, and supplier decisions.

• Typically requires a university degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in supply chain.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access database, SAP).
• Technical or manufacturing aptitude.
• Experience with negotiations.
