Project Coordinator

Company: Loenbro - Midwest

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Reports To: Project Foreman / Project Manager

Job Duties
  • Maintain a daily toekomst project diary and establish project priorities.
  • Daily timecard entry and approval.
  • Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
  • Compile cycle times and production information for consistent historical data.
  • Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
  • Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
  • Manage and maintain department specific technology and computer programs.
  • Document schedule delays and perform schedule updates.
  • As352semble and distribute project plans and specification updates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate efforts with management, project technicians, and customers to meet project scheduling.
  • Facilitate dynamic communication between project technicians, management, superintendents, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently, profitably, and safely.
  • Apply proper job controls (quantities, costs, revenue, schedule).
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate reports for continuous performance improvement.
  • Assist projects in meeting or exceeding expected margins.
  • Document and interpret pipeline sampling/testing results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Competent in Microsoft products and scheduling experience.
  • Strong work ethic, prioritization and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in both field and معاملات settings in a high‑production, fast‑moving environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; all drivers subject to a DMV background check.
  • Team player.
