Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily field operations for MEP scopes on mission critical construction projects
Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, and material procurement
Partner with project leadership to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
Facilitate preconstruction and coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partners
Monitor installation progress, proactively identifying and resolving field issues
Ensure compliance with construction documents, codes, and safety standards
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Drive quality control efforts through regular inspections and adherence to standards
Support labor planning, workforce coordination, and productivity optimization

Qualifications:

5 plus years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on MEP systems
Proven experience on mission critical or data center projects strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software tools is a plus
Willingness to work on-site and support project demands
