A leading hyperscale data center general contractor is seeking an MEP Project Superintendent to support the delivery of next-generation mission critical facilities.
You will join a team delivering large-scale hyperscale data centers exceeding 400MW, working alongside some of the industry's most experienced mission critical construction professionals.
With over $10 billion of data center construction underway, this organization offers long-term project stability and rapid career progression.
The RoleAs the MEP Project Superintendent, you will lead the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on hyperscale data center construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead field coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes
- Oversee subcontractor activities and site execution
- Drive safety leadership across all trades
- Manage schedules, logistics, and look-ahead planning
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve schedule, cost, and delivery performance
- Experience managing MEP scopes on large commercial or mission critical projects
- Previous experience with a general contractor
- Data center or mission critical experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Major hyperscale projects across the U.S.
- $10bn+ pipeline of mission critical work
- Career progression within a rapidly growing data center construction team
