On-Site Construction Project Leader - Cedar Rapids

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, managing budgets and schedules, supervising construction teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and overall Project Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications in project or construction management are advantageous
