Project Scheduler – Electrical Construction
Are you the kind of scheduler who can see the whole project before the first conduit is even laid?
Do you love turning chaos into clarity, aligning teams, and building schedules that actually work in the field? If you thrive in fast‑paced electrical construction environments and want to be part of major hospitals, data centers, and mission‑critical projects, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Project Scheduler who brings technical expertise, construction sequencing knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to our growing team.
What You’ll Own:- You’ll be the heartbeat of project planning - partnering with PMs, Superintendents, Engineers, VDC, and Field Leadership to drive schedule accuracy from concept through commissioning.
- Build proposal, baseline, and fully developed CPM schedules.
- Lead schedule updates and ensure sequencing reflects real field conditions.
- Review job status and apply electrical construction logic to keep projects on track.
- Support Lean & Pull Planning sessions and align CPM with pull plan outcomes.
- Perform forensic schedule analysis and assist with delay claims.
- Conduct critical path analysis and root-cause reviews on problem projects.
- Ensure schedule compliance with contract specs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with PMs and Controllers on forecasting and SOV reviews.
- Help develop training content for PMs and field leaders.
- Work hands‑on with Primavera P6, Procore, and other project systems.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, durations, and best practices.
- Ability to spot sequencing issues during jobsite visits and recommend improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 required).
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Equivalent experience in scheduling for electrical or general construction considered.
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match.
- PTO, paid holidays, and continuing education support.
- A team that values craftsmanship, safety, innovation, and your growth.
- The chance to work on high‑visibility, ground‑up electrical projects that elevate your career.
