- Manage electrical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting new business development opportunities.
- Review contracts, approve project awards, and oversee project budgets and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout activities using Procore.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor job costs, material procurement, and project progress, addressing issues proactively.
- Ensure permits, inspections, and project documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field personnel and project teams.
- Prepare regular project status reports, forecasts, and updates for company leadership.
- 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
