Weitz is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Cedar Rapids team on a large-scale data center construction project. You will safely operate a range of heavy equipment to support earthwork, utility installation, and site preparation.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, a valid Iowa Class A or B license, and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality on demanding projects.
