Job Overview:

The Director of Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical construction project management and estimating, along with a background in engineering. Field experience in commercial mechanical projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction team to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Review and approve project estimates, bids, and proposals.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans for the construction department.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction project management and estimating.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven track record of managing commercial mechanical projects.

Strong field experience in commercial mechanical construction.
