Senior MEP Project Manager - Data Centers

We’re partnered with an ENR-ranked GC on a major hyperscale data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA.

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to take ownership of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection scopes from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

• Manage MEP/FP subcontractors, scopes, contracts and change orders
• Coordinate with owners, A/E, VDC/BIM, Superintendents and commissioning teams
• Manage submittals, procurement, equipment deliveries and project schedules
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections and life-safety requirements
• Drive MEP coordination, field progress and project closeout

• 10+ years MEP/FP experience
• 5+ years MEP Project Management experience
• Previous GC experience on data center projects
• Strong BIM/VDC and multi-trade coordination experience
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE and applicable codes
• Strong communication and project leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred
