Do you love creating original artwork and turning customer ideas into designs people are excited to wear?
Level 10 is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help develop custom apparel, spirit wear, promotional products, and branded merchandise for schools, organizations, retailers, and businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys illustration, design, and creative problem solving while also understanding how great artwork translates to finished products. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Product Development, and Production teams to create customer-focused designs that help drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:- Create original artwork and custom graphics for apparel, promotional products, and retail programs.
- Develop creative concepts for customer presentations, proposals, and product offerings.
- Refine artwork based on customer feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files for screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer applications.
- Collaborate with Product Development on new product concepts and program initiatives.
- Support Sales & Marketing efforts with creative design solutions.
- Help maintain organized artwork libraries, templates, and design assets.

What We're Looking For:- Strong creative portfolio showcasing original artwork and design skills.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Strong illustration and concept development abilities.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in custom apparel, spirit wear, promotional products, or branded merchandise.
- Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and apparel decoration processes.
- Experience creating artwork for schools, athletic programs, retailers, or branded merchandise programs.
