Account Support Advisor
Great America Financial Services is seeking a Key Member of the Account Support team to manage various incoming interactions, including End User, collections, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound customer service interactions with a goal of one call resolution.
- Provide professional oral and written correspondence with internal and external customers.
- Consultatively identify appropriate solutions for customer inquiries.
- Understand the various types of agreements and end‑of‑term processes.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily core responsibilities.
- Complete basic team tasks and coordinate workflow and coverage with fellow ASA’s.
- Abide by account security procedures for all interactions.
- Accurately respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Handle tasks such as invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, updating account information, and payment terms.
- Participate in payment processing, transfer & assumptions, and calculation/explanation of end‑of‑term options.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
Salesforce experience desired. - Detail oriented, ability to multi‑task, strong decision‑making, collection skills, cross training, and time management.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills; customer‑oriented; complaint resolution; mathematical error resolution.
