Order Resolution Specialist

Overview

As the Order Resolution Specialist at Crescent Electric, you will act as a liaison via telephone and email (where necessary) to provide product and service information and support to customers. In this role, you will resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, such as complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, etc.

• Ensure and lead excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers) across all entities.
• Resolve all issues brought forward by the ordering team, including freight rates, balances due, retrieving invoice information, relaying backorders, selling into new available items, calculating correct totals/refunds, and relaying manufacturer issues to customers.
• Troubleshoot general issues, customer concerns, and problematic situations.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to attain accurate ETAs and escalated unresolved issues to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years of data entry experience.
• Computer familiarity and internet skills, including use of emails, messaging, and information gathering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Reader.
• Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Friendly demeanor, good work ethic, flexibility with occasional routine changes.
• Ability to operate under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet short‑ and long‑range deadlines.
• Ability to keep abreast of company policies, products, and services.

Close vision (must be 20 inches or less), color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to bring an object into sharp focus as needed.
