Requirements- Previous Service Advisor or customer‑facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers and repair orders
- Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre‑employment background check
- Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
- Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and support
- Write and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians
- Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their visit
- Help ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department
- Work performed at a desk and in the service lane
- Moderate noise level consistent with a dealership environment
- Frequent movement throughout the dealership
- Occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds
- Regular use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
- Clear communication required with customers and team members
