Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team for the evening shift. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This is a PM Shift Working 3:00pm to 11:00pm Wednesday through Sunday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide outstanding guest service by addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Register and process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all telephone communications
- Actively listen to guests and anticipate additional needs to enhance their stay
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of public areas and front office spaces
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
- Ensure all guest accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and the local area
- Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Support and uphold safety procedures for guests and team members
- Complete required daily and departmental reports
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient operations
- Deliver amenities and provide assistance to guests as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
