Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store;
Greets and assists customers in person and over the phone, including escorting to products and handling requests;
Processes Western Union orders and other financial transactions (money orders, checks, refunds);
Answers the telephone and uses the intercom system appropriately to assist customers;
Performs miscellaneous tasks to support store operations and maintain a clean, safe environment
