Long term contract opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA for a Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing world class customer service for customers worldwide through exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, negotiating favorable terms, all while focusing on the maintenance of existing customers, and the development of new relationships. This role requires to work on-site.

+ Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms

+ Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships.
