Bilingual Member Service Associate

Green State Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Service Associate to support our diverse membership with exceptional, member-focused service. In this frontline role, you will assist members in English and a second language with everyday banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and answering questions about products and digital services. You will actively listen to understand members' financial goals, provide solutions or referrals, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
