What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
- Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention
- Partner with doctors to identify and present treatment opportunities that improve long-term patient outcomes
- Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and their families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture focused on outstanding patient care
- Current Iowa Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
