Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) is seeking a part-time or full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.
- 1:5 hospital call schedule, including 24-hour shifts every 5 days with a post-call day off.
- Conducts assessment to obtain and document pertinent physical, social, behavioral, environmental, and lifestyle factors that influence health while addressing presenting/initial reason for the clinical visit and offer subsequent service(s) as indicated.
- Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current State of Iowa medical license required or ability to achieve same in a short period of time required.
- Iowa Certificate of Controlled Substances, Federal DEA, and current CPR certification.
