EIHC is seeking a full-time Physician dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

Competitive compensation packages based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. $-$

• Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.
• Interview patients to address the presenting/initial reason for visiting the clinic subsequent willingness for service(s) offered and indicated.
• Initiate and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s current status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritize diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

Monday to Wednesday 8 AM to 7 PM.

Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
• Current State of Iowa medical license required or ability to achieve same in a short period of time required.
• Iowa Certificate of Controlled Substances, Federal DEA, and current CPR certification.
