Anesthesiology Physician locums opportunity in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, offering flexible weekly blocks in a Level III trauma center setting.

Highlights
Flexible weekly blocks with a minimum of 1 week per month
Minimal call responsibilities

Practice Setting
Level III trauma center with 13 operating rooms plus endoscopy and OB suites
Physician led anesthesia model with no CRNAs
Cardiac, OB, trauma, spine, and general surgical services onsite

Schedule
8 or 10-hour weekday shifts
Light weekday and weekend call with 30 minute response time
Ability to schedule blocks in advance once established

Cases and Procedures
Broad case mix including ortho, GI, urology, general surgery, spine, and vascular
OB epidurals and cesarean sections
Cardiac cases required with approximately 150 hearts annually

Requirements
Board Certified Anesthesiology Physician
Active Iowa license or IMLC in hand
