• - Serve as a substitute instructor or educational support staff member as assigned, ensuring seamless classroom operations.

• - Assist with classroom management and student engagement to promote a positive learning environment.
• - Support program activities and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate effective program delivery.
• - Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student support.

• - Prior experience in education, tutoring, or instructional support preferred.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage adult learners.
• - Ability to adapt to different instructional settings and follow established curriculum.
• - Flexibility and reliability to serve as a substitute in various classroom environments.
• - Knowledge of adult education principles and cultural competency is a plus.
• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in education or related fields is desirable.
