Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with students individually or in group settings under the direction of professional staff.
• Assist with supervision of students in classrooms, cafeteria, halls, and other areas.
• Implement behavior management strategies.
• May include riding the bus with students and working one-to-one to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure student safety and provide necessary health assistance under nurse guidance.
• Assist students at mealtime and with personal hygiene.
• Help students get to and from bus or car.
• Prepare materials used in the educational process.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with assignments varying based on building and district needs.
