Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Electromechanical Test Technician and be at the forefront of quality assurance in technology. This full-time position is based in Cedar Rapids, IA.

What will you do
  • Execute electronic and mechanical testing procedures following established protocols and quality standards
  • Document comprehensive test procedures and results while maintaining detailed records of performance metrics
  • Conduct performance evaluations on standard and custom hardware products/devices
  • Identify potential issues and propose improvements to existing test methodologies
  • Support the automation of testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Education Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in a related technical field
Expertise
  • Safe operation of basic laboratory hand and power tools
  • Safe operation of basic laboratory measurement and test equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Basic working knowledge of DC and AC electricity concepts (voltage, current, power, resistance, etc.)
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
